Tocko Bozadziski was born and raised in Plovdiv (Filippoupolis), in Bulgaria.
He liked sports and tried many of them at an early age, choosing swimming for a long time. At the same time, he loved watching football, not only Bulgarian Football, but from all over the world.
Also, at a young age, he went for the first time, with his family, to the Botev’s Stadium. At an older age, he actively participated in the campaign for Botev’s new stadium, but unfortunately he didn’t get to see it.
Tocko used to go to the stadium very often and his love for his team and its yellow and black colors resulted in him being known and trusted by many of his teammates. This is how he gained recognition and became an important part of the club and its fans.
He attended a mathematics school, where he also learnt foreign languages. He later studied and graduated from the Law School.
He enjoyed trekking and hiking in the mountains, where he often camped. He loved travelling abroad and he travelled to many countries together with his girlfriend.
Tocko Bozadziski was an active citizen. He had many academic resources and organized lots of actions with great success, such as sports tournaments of a charitable nature. He knew how to combine fun with utility and succeed.
His sister, Petya, as an epilogue to this text about her, so tragically and unjustly lost, beloved brother, feels the need to add the following “Realize that a man can love football and his team and be a fan without being a hooligan, on the contrary he can be (as Tocko was) an intelligent and educated person, who loves this sport that has been layed for over 100 years. This should unite us and not result in murders and other tragic incidents”.
