On Sunday, the football tournament for U10 youth departments was held with absolute success under the slogan “We play for life – We don’t play with life.”
The tournament was organized by the Elpida Prevention Center, (Κέντρο Πρόληψης Ελπίδα,) in collaboration with our Structure and with the support of OASPE. (ΟΑΣΠΕ.)
All the children from the 6 Academies received medals, and their teams were awarded trophies.
The children enjoyed it, we enjoyed it (and watched great matches), and the coaches and parents/chaperones enjoyed it as well.
The excellent organization, the remarks made regarding addictions, coexistence, the moments of passion that Sports offer, the “No” to the fear of making a mistake but…… mainly the osmosis the children experienced from the above, as well as with their fellow athletes from the other teams…
..Make us feel optimistic.
Because SPORTS UNITE – THEY DO NOT KILL!
